Fred Morelli is in the first year of a two-year term as chairman of CentraState's Board of Trustees, which he joined in 2004. During this time, he has served on all Board committees and co-chaired the Annual Celebration Ball twice. He also recently co-chaired a successful $10-million capital campaign at CentraState. He currently serves as a director of SAAML I Captive Insurance Company Robert Wood Johnson Network and SAAML II Reciprocal RRG for Physicians Robert Wood Johnson Network.
With an insurance career spanning nearly 30 years, Morelli is chairman of Taxisure Exchange and president/CEO of Corporate Star, LLC, both in Manalapan. The companies are leaders in insurance coverage for the transportation industry in New Jersey. He has served on the New York Insurance Department task force for the livery industry since 1995 and is a member of several industry associations. In 2009 he organized the Taxisure Subscribers Association to develop statewide standards and representation for the Transportation industry in New Jersey
In 2009 he was elected to serve as a member of New Jersey Conference of Mayors, Business Council, "Economic Development" sub-committee.
Morelli graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn with a degree in business administration. He and his family reside in Manalapan. | |

William J. Setaro is in the first year of a two-year term as vice chair of CentraState's Board of Trustees, which he joined in 2002.
Dr. Setaro brings more than 20 years of administrative experience in education and has been the superintendent of Freehold Township Elementary and Middle Schools since July 2006. Previously, he was the superintendent of Millstone Township Public Schools.
Dr. Setaro earned a doctorate in education from Nova South Eastern University and a master's degree from Seton Hall University. His community service activities include Tinton Falls Basketball Little League, Monmouth Falcons Pop Warner Football, Red Bank Volunteer Fire Department, Freehold Evening Optimist Club, and CentraState Healthcare System Community Advisory Council. He lives with his family in Tinton Falls. | |

Secretary/Treasurer
Joseph R. Iantosca OceanFirst Bank Toms River, NJ

Joseph R. Iantosca is in the first year of a two-year term as secretary/treasurer of CentraState's Board of Trustees, which he joined in 2007. He previously served on the CentraState Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees.
Iantosca is first senior vice president/chief administrative officer for OceanFirst Bank in Toms River. Before joining OceanFirst, he served as national vice president, conversions and implementations, for BISYS Banking Solutions, Inc., in Cherry Hill, NJ. In addition, Iantosca has held various management positions in the information technology and banking fields and has provided executive consulting services to the financial services industry. He attended New York University where he majored in economics and information technology.
Iantosca has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County and the Manalapan Englishtown Education Foundation, and is involved with the American Heart Association's Shoreline Heart Walk. He resides in Manalapan with his wife, Joanne, and their four children. | |

Dorothy P. Bowers

Dorothy Bowers joined the Board of Trustees in 2008. She was vice president of environmental policy at Merck & Co before retiring in 2000 with 25 years of service. An authority in environmental management, she served a three-year term as chair of the National Advisory Council on Environmental Policy and Technology. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in chemical engineering.
Bowers is currently chair of the operating board of the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey. She also is vice chair of New Jersey Future, a board member of the New Jersey Sustainable State Institute, and a founding board member of Conservation Resources, Inc.
She has lived in Aberdeen for more than 30 years. | |

John A. Brandeisky, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. John Brandeisky, a board-certified podiatric surgeon and fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, has been on the staff of CentraState Medical Center since 1990. In 2009, he was named to the Board of Trustees and was elected secretary/treasurer of the hospital's medical-dental staff. In addition, he chairs the Podiatry section of the hospital’s Department of Surgery, and has served on the CentraState Healthcare System Foundation Board of Trustees since 2002.
Dr. Brandeisky received his doctor of podiatric medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and completed his podiatric surgical residency at Lutheran Hospital (now called Liberty Medical Center) in Baltimore, MD. He has been in private practice in Freehold since 1987, and lives with his family in Farmingdale. | |

A Marlboro resident, Cardona is a partner at Withum Smith+Brown, New Jersey's ninth-largest accounting firm. He is a former partner in the seventh-largest national accounting firm in charge of the accounting and auditing departments for the State of New Jersey. | |

John P. DeTullio, MD, a pulmonary disease and critical care specialist in private practice, Monmouth Ocean Pulmonary Medicine, Freehold, joined the medical staff of CentraState Medical Center in 1987. In 2009, he was named to the Board of Trustees and was elected assistant chief of staff of the hospital's medical-dental staff.
Dr. DeTullio is director of Critical Care at CentraState. He was voted "Physician of the Year" by the medical-dental staff in 2003 and by the nursing staff in 2005. Board certified in internal medicine, critical care and pulmonary disease, Dr. DeTullio earned a medical degree from the University of Rome, Italy. He resides in Clarksburg. | |

John Gribbin joined CentraState as president and chief executive officer in 2000. His extensive career in healthcare administration spans more than 30 years.
He received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from Rider University with an MBA in finance in 1975. His numerous affiliations include: Chair of the New Jersey Hospital Association; Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives; past Chair and current Trustee of the Central Jersey Blood Center; Chair of Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Service Corp.; Board member of the American Heart Association Central/Southern New Jersey Region; former Chair of the Hospital Research and Education Trust of NJHA; and past Chair of the Jersey Coast Red Cross Chapter. | |

Steven M. Klein

Steven M. Klein joined the Board of Trustees in 2009. With more than 20 years experience in accounting, Klein is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Northfield Bank, Woodbridge, and previously was an audit partner of the accounting firm KPMG, LLP, Short Hills.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of several accounting and financial organizations, including the New Jersey Bankers Association, the Financial Managers Society, America’s Community Bankers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
Klein speaks at various technical and business conferences for New Jersey and national banking industry groups. He is active in writing accounting comment letters to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Accounting Standards Board related to proposed rules and regulations. He is the chair of the Stewardship and Finance Committee of St. Thomas Lutheran Church and a volunteer with the Monmouth County Food Bank.

William Lewis became a board trustee in 2000. With a successful career in accounting that spans 25 years, he is a partner of the accounting firm of J.H. Cohn LLP and is director of Healthcare Services and Physician Practice Services for the firm's office in Eatontown.
Lewis graduated from Pace University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and from Brooklyn College with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He is a member of several accounting organizations, including the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and the National Network of Accountants, and is a founding member of the Manalapan Englishtown Education Foundation. Dr. James Matera was named to the Board of Trustees in 2005. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, and currently serves as chief of staff of the CentraState Medical Center Medical-Dental staff. Voted CentraState Physician of the Year in 2004 and 2007 by the Medical-Dental staff, Dr. Matera is co-director of Medical Education and was chair of Internal Medicine from 2001 to 2004. He joined the medical staff of CentraState in 1994.

Margaret McMenamin joined the Board of Trustees in 2008. She has been executive vice president of Educational and Student Services at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft since 2005. Previously, she was vice president of Academic and Student Affairs at Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, Pa.
Dr. McMenamin earned a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in human resources administration from the University of Scranton. A licensed physical therapist, she graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Temple University. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in education and healthcare, Dr. McMenamin has been named in Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare as well as Who’s Who Among American Teachers.
She resides in Ocean Grove. | |

Dr. Steven Mishkin has been a member of CentraState's Board of Trustees since 2003. A board-certified ophthalmologist and diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Mishkin joined CentraState's medical staff in 1988. He is the immediate past chief of the Medical-Dental staff.
Dr. Mishkin earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College. He lives with his family in Morganville. | |

Robert O'Donnell joined CentraState's Board of Trustees in 2001 and is a past board chair. With an extensive and successful career in the banking and financial industry for more than 30 years, O’Donnell is president and CEO of New Jersey Community Bank in Freehold. He also served as a director of the New Jersey Bankers Association and chairman of the association's Community Bankers Committee.
A guest lecturer at Wharton Graduate School, O'Donnell holds BA, MBA and DBA degrees from Husson College in Bangor, Maine, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He graduated from Maine Military Academy and is a former captain with the United States Army. O'Donnell and his wife, Donna, a registered nurse, live in Millstone. | |

She is a vice president and wealth management advisor at Merrill Lynch & Co. in Red Bank. She joined Merrill Lynch in 1998.
Schloemer graduated from Brown University, holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
She is actively involved with Collier Services, a school dedicated to providing care and guidance to disadvantaged high school students. Schloemer and her family live in Holmdel. | |

Stephen Walsh was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2006. For the past 10 years, he has been the owner and manager of UTS consulting services. In 2006, Walsh joined the Exeter Group, a management consulting firm, as Managing Director. Previously, he spent 14 years in executive management with the City of New York. His specialties are public administration, public safety operations management, strategic planning, management of complex technology projects and e-business/government development.
Walsh holds an executive master's degree in public administration from Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York, and undergraduate degrees in political science and business from St. John's University.

Auxiliary Representative Valerie Mac Phee

Valerie Mac Phee has been a member of the Associated Auxiliaries for more than 40 years. The group formed in 1964 with a vision of bringing a community hospital to the Freehold area. Their fundraising efforts helped build Freehold Area Hospital in 1971.
Now retired, Mac Phee was a music teacher in Jackson Township school district for 28 years. She also taught at Georgian Court College as an adjunct professor. She received her bachelor's degree in music from Georgian Court College and a master's degree in elementary education from Trenton State College, and she plays the piano and accordion. Mac Phee and her husband reside in Millstone, where she has lived for more than 50 years. | |
