Developed and managed by women, the Women’s Heart Program at CentraState provides comprehensive cardiac services—cardiologists and cardiac nurses who specialize in women’s heart disease, in-depth cardiac evaluations, individualized treatment plans and an accredited cardiac rehabilitation center. Plus, to help prevent cardiovascular disease—health, wellness and fitness programs customized just for you.

Pay attention to these cardiovascular disease risk factors in women:
- Chronic kidney disease
- Metabolic syndrome
- Strong family history of coronary artery disease
- Hypertension, with a systolic blood pressure above 120
- Body mass index higher than 25
