Under the direction of the Vice President of Senior Services, you will plan, direct and supervise the overall operations of the facility in accordance with all regulatory authorities. Resident and patient satisfaction is a high priority, so your focus will be on helping us achieve it each and every day. You will work within the facility and as a part of The Manor's management team to operationalize the resident care and service goals and objectives established by senior management while ensuring compliance with NJDOHSS, JCAHO and CSHS policies and procedures.
Daily Assistance of ADLs for residents and supportive nursing assistance to licensed professionals by performing assigned duties and services required to deliver quality care.
Provides quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, nurses and other health professionals in accordance with established professional standards.
