CentraState offers comprehensive outpatient and inpatient dialysis services provided by Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) of Freehold.
Outpatient Dialysis currently features nine fully equipped stations, including televisions for patients’ entertainment. Three additional stations will become operational in early 2009. A referral from a nephrologist is needed in order to receive dialysis services. Our team of specialists—including specially trained nurses, a renal social worker and renal dietitian—meet with each patient to develop an individualized care plan. Patients receive treatment three times a week, and we do our utmost to accommodate patients’ schedules in making appointments.
Outpatient Dialysis is located on the second floor of CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus just west of CentraState Medical Center at 901 W. Main St. For the most direct access, it is recommended that you park in the north lot behind the Ambulatory Campus building (the side not visible from West Main street). Interior signage will direct you to the elevators to get to the second floor.
Outpatient dialysis services are provided Monday through Saturday, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
