Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 123 (Route 9 South).
Take Route 9 South past Freehold Raceway to the West Main Street/Route 537 Exit ramp.

From Northern Manhattan and the Bronx:

Take the George Washington Bridge to Routes 9, 1 and 46 to the New Jersey Turnpike South.
Take the Turnpike to Exit 11 (Woodbridge) and follow to Route 9 South.
Take Route 9 South past Freehold Raceway to the West Main Street/Route 537 Exit ramp.
Turn right onto Route 537 West.
Continue straight for approximately 1.7 miles to Iron Bridge Road. (CentraStateMedical Center will be on yourright.)
Turn left on Iron Bridge Road.

From Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn & Staten Island:

Take either the Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel or the Verrazano Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike South.

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 7A for 195 East.
From 195 East, take the Great Adventure/Freehold exit for 537 East.
Continue straight on Route 537 East for approximately 7.5 miles to Iron Bridge Road.
Turnright on Iron Bridge Road.

From Ocean County / Southern Jersey area:

Take Route 9 North to Freehold.
From Route 9 North, take the West Main Street/Route 537 exit ramp.
Turnleft onto Route 537 West.
Continue straight for approximately 1.7 miles to Iron Bridge Road. (CentraStateMedical Center will be on yourright.)
Turn left on Iron Bridge Road.

From Atlantic City area:

Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 98 for Route 195 East.
Take Route 195 East to Route 9 North.
Take Route9 North toFreehold.
From Route 9 North, take the West Main Street/Route 537 exit ramp.
Turnleft onto Route 537 West.
Continue straight for approximately 1.7 miles to Iron Bridge Road. (CentraStateMedical Center will be on yourright.)

From the Hightstown Area:

Take Route 33 East.
When Route 33 East splits, continue straight on the Route 33 bypass (do not bear right onto Business Route 33).
Take the first exist (for Route 537 West).
Continue about 1/2 mile to traffic light (intersection with Route 537).
Turn right onto Route 537 (heading west).
Proceed about 1/2 mile to Iron Bridge Road (just past CentraState Medical Center on your right).
Turn left onto Iron Bridge Road.
