Application and Curriculum
Applications
The Family Residency Program at CentraState Medical Center accepts applications submitted only through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).
 
The ACGMEID for our program is 1203312679.
 
We accept six new family medicine residents from the hundreds that apply each year. Our candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or current holders of a J-1 visa. They must have at least one year of clinical rotation experience in the U.S. or Canada, with at least two letters of recommendation. Candidates must have graduated from medical school within the last five years and they must have a minimum combined average score of 190 for USMLE Steps 1 and 2.

LONGITUDINAL CURRICULUM
Each year consists of 13 blocks, each of which are 4 weeks in duration.
