MS Fundraiser

The 2010 MS Center wine tasting event has been set for Friday, August 27, 6 p.m. at CentraState's Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus. Watch for details online or call the CentraState Healthcare Foundation, (732) 294-7099.
 
More than 430 guests attended CentraState Healthcare Foundation's eighth annual multiple scleroris fundraiser, "An Evening in the Vineyards," in 2009. It raised a record $344,000 for CentraState's MS Center. Honorees were the late Honorable Raymond A. Kershaw, mayor, Freehold Township, and Bart Oates, former NFL player with the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers.
 
Previous honorees were:
  • 2006 - Judith Stanley-Coleman, president, Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey.
  • 2007- Stuart Cook, MD, pioneer and nationally recognized specialist in practice and research of multiple sclerosis. John Franco, former New York Mets pitcher. The late John D’Amato, Esq., longtime supporter of the Linda E. Cardinale MS Center fundraising event.
  • 2008 - Tindra LanFrank, chairwoman, Women Against MS Luncheon. William Sibold, senior vice president, US Neurology, Biogen Idec.
