           FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP – CentraState Healthcare System is offering the food class, “Lessons from the Kitchen: Low Salt, High Flavor—Enjoying the Spice of Life,” on Tuesday, January 14, from 7-8:30 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold.

            A registered dietitian will share ideas on food, health and lifestyle and demonstrate healthy cooking techniques for making your favorite meals healthier without sacrificing flavor. Learn how simple changes in the kitchen can be the first step toward a healthy lifestyle.
