CentraState offers diabetes support group and physician lecture on foot care

                       

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP—CentraState Healthcare System is offering a diabetes support group and the physician lecture, My Feet Are Aching, Let's Discuss Foot Care! with podiatrist James Polowczyk, DPM, on Wednesday, October 16 from 1-2 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold.

The interactive, question-and-answer lecture is on the importance of proper foot care for people with diabetes.

There is no fee to attend the support group and physician lecture, however, space is limited and registration is required. For more information or to register, visit centrastate.com/healthprograms or call (732) 308-0570.
