CentraState offers outstanding clinical services and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth. Among the many clinical opportunities at CentraState, we offer the following:
- Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray, CT Scanning, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, PET Scan) – highly skilled technologists, state of the art equipment and Board Certified Radiologists come together to provide quality care in Diagnostic Imaging. Outstanding teamwork and a friendly, supportive environment are a part of everyday work here.

Laboratory – our modern and attractive 24-hour laboratory provides inpatient and outpatient services. A STAT Lab in our Emergency Department facilitates quick turn around of test results. The Lab is equipped with the most current and state-of-the-art instrumentation and is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the American Association of Blood Banks.

Pharmacy – pharmacists work collaboratively with physicians to provide appropriate treatment for our patients. Two satellite pharmacies at the medical center bring required medications and the pharmacists closer to the patients, the nursing staff and physicians

Radiation Oncology – located in our recently opened Medical Arts Building, patients receive multidisciplinary care in a warm and caring environment. Our state-of-the-art technology includes a Varian Linear Accelerator with MLC and electron capabilities and a GE CT simulator. IMRT treatments and radiosurgery are upcoming services targeted services.

Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy) – Both inpatient and outpatient services are provided by our staff. Using a fully equipped gym and satellite sports therapy facility, our staff is trained to design individualized rehabilitation programs. Some of our specialties include sports injuries, MVA injuries, fractures, wound care, industrial injuries and arthritis. Additionally, our Rehabilitation Department is a member of the National Lymphedema Network, and our hand program is one of the most recognized in the state.

Respiratory Therapy – using state of the art equipment, our Respiratory team cares for and provides education to all patient populations served by our facility. Working closely with neonatologists, therapists have responsibility in the special care nursery. Pulmonary function testing, pulmonary rehabilitation and stress testing are also an integral part of the department. Therapists work together with pulmonologists to develop therapist-driven protocols.

Orientation - We provide a comprehensive and individualized orientation for all employees, beginning with a general system-wide orientation. New employees then receive an extended orientation related to their specific department. Nursing orientation focuses on specific nursing department processes, procedures, and delivery of care.
