Driving directions to The Family Medicine Center
From Route 9 South:
- Take Route 9 past Freehold Raceway to the West Main Street/Route 537 Exit ramp.
- Turn right onto Route 537 West.
- Continue straight for approximately 2 miles, past CentraState Medical Center.
- The Family Medicine Center will be on your right about a quarter-mile past the Medical Center.
From Route 9 North:
- Take Route 9 North into Freehold.
- Take the West Main Street/ Route 537 exit. Turn left and proceed west on 537.
- Continue straight for approximately 2 miles, past CentraState Medical Center.
- The Family Medicine Center will be on your right about a quarter-mile past the Medical Center.
From Route 33 East:
- Take Route 33 East until it splits.
- When it splits, continue straight on the Route 33 bypass (do not bear right onto Route 33 Business).
- Take the first exit (for Route 537 West).
- Continue about 1/2 mile to traffic light (Route 537).
- Turn right onto Route 537.
- Continue straight for approximately 9/10 of a mile, past CentraState Medical Center.
