Problem: I can't see the video and only get a broken box in the middle of the screen. Solution: Our videos are Adobe Flash based and you may need the latest version of the Flash Player. To get this player visit www.adobe.com and click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" icon. Problem: Nothing happens when I click on the video in the center of the screen. Solution: Some of the videos used by the health centers require a new window to pop up. If your pop-up blocker is enabled the video window may not open properly. Please consult the help guide for your particular web browser and turn off or allow pop-ups from www.centrastate.com.
