Wayne A. McNulty, Vice President, Compliance and Internal Audit/Chief Compliance, Internal Audit, Privacy and Research Integrity Officer, serves as the Privacy Official as set forth under the HIPAA Privacy Rule at 45 C.F.R. Section 164.530 (a)(1)(i).
Larry Pierce, Director, Information Security Officer, serves as the Security Official as set forth under the HIPAA Security Rule at 45 C.F.R. Section 164.308(a)(2).
Ulysses Lee, Director, Corporate Compliance, serves as the individual designated under 45 C.F.R. Section164.530 (a)(1)(ii) to receive complaints and provide information related to Atlantic Health’s Notice of Privacy Practices, respectively.
