Mentoring future chefs.
We are proud to support the Monmouth County Vocational School District Mentorship Program by offering area high school students firsthand experience through a culinary mentoring program. Students shadow the kitchen and service staff, learn basic cooking principles and kitchen operations, and provide table service in the dining room. This rewarding program facilitates real-world experience, confidence, and an enjoyable interpersonal connection with our residents.
