Novo Nordisk Diabetes Center

CentraState’s Novo Nordisk Diabetes Center is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting the national standard in diabetes education. The center includes diabetes educators, evidence-based prevention programs, and guidance on self-managing diabetes in partnership with a primary care physician.
