The Gloria Saker Women’s Heart Program at CentraState Medical Center is hosting its 2nd annual, “Paint to Your Heart’s Content,” an evening of relaxation and creativity for women and their friends on Friday, Feb. 23 at 5:30 p.m. at The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold.

In recognition of heart awareness this February, the evening’s event will allow women and their girlfriends an opportunity to relax through creative expression which benefits overall health by reducing stress, increasing focus, boosting memory and improving mood. Participants can paint and personalize their own tote bag, and learn how small changes can make a big impact for a heart-healthy lifestyle, while enjoying appetizers and sipping wine spritzers.

The event is $35 per person, space is limited and registration is required. For more information or to register, please call 732.308.0570.
