FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP— Toni Lynn Davis, MHA, CNHA, FACHCA, administrator of The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center at CentraState was  named a recipient of the 2019 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA).

Every year, ACHCA recognizes the leaders of top-performing skilled nursing facilities across the country through its Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award. Publicly collected data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) QM and Survey Data, which is pulled and evaluated by an independent third party, are used to identify top-performers. Recipients of the award are among an elite group of post-acute leaders nationally as only 7 percent of facilities nationwide qualify.

The Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award was introduced in 2008 by one of ACHCA’s most revered leaders, the late Eli Pick, and is dedicated to advancing professionalism and leadership in long-term care.
