FREEHOLD, NJ – CentraState Healthcare System has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fourth year in a row based on employee survey responses. The prestigious designation is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at CentraState. This year, 79% of CentraState team members say it’s a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“We are thrilled to receive this important designation for a fourth consecutive year,” said CentraState President and CEO Tom Scott. “Earning this recognition shows that CentraState Healthcare System stands out as one of the top organizations in Monmouth County to work for by continuing to emphasize a workplace environment of excellence and camaraderie for our valued team members.”

  • 88 percent of team members feel good about ways we contribute to the community.
  • 88 percent said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company.
  • 85 percent feel a sense of pride over our accomplishments.
