Provides Adult and Pediatric Primary Care, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, and Lab Services at Single Site
October 19, 2023 – Increasing access to high-quality health care in the community setting, CentraState Healthcare System today announced the opening of CentraState Health Pavilion at Jackson. Located at 161 Bartley Road in Jackson, the new health pavilion houses family medicine, physical therapy, and rehabilitation for adult and pediatric patients, as well as outpatient lab services. Additional services to come include OB/GYN.
The site, which measures over 6,100 square feet, features Family Practice of CentraState at Jackson, which was previously established at this location and maintains nine exam rooms to deliver primary care for adults and children. Services include routine well visits, sick visits, minor surgeries, immunizations, school and sports physicals, and occupational medicine. Primary care providers in Jackson include Robert Pedowitz, DO, Medical Director; Charisma Lanez, DO; Akanksha Saxena, MD; Colleen Dykeman, PA; and Kasey Leung, APN.
A dedicated team of highly skilled rehabilitation therapists provides personalized care and customized treatment programs, including orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation for all ages in a spacious PT room and a dedicated pediatric PT room. The Jackson pavilion also provides convenient outpatient lab services performed by skilled phlebotomists.
CentraState Health Pavilion at Jackson is the newest healthcare pavilion designed to bring premier health care services to neighborhoods.
