CentraState Healthcare System is offering a free Wellness Event on Wednesday, June 1, from 5-8 p.m. at the CentraState Medical Office at Monroe, 312 Applegarth Road, Monroe.
Participants can meet and talk with an internal medicine physician, a registered dietitian, and other specialty clinicians; and take advantage of free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar and body fat.
There also will be four lectures, including “Living Healthy for Life: Secrets to Optimal Health,” “Savor the Mediterranean Diet: A Delicious Approach to Good Health,” “A Matter of Balance: Stay Steady and Strong,” and “Strongest Man & Woman Challenge: Vitality is Within Your Grasp.”
