The Gloria Saker Women’s Heart Program at CentraState Medical Center is offering to women and their friends, “Move to Your Heart’s Content,” on Wednesday, June 14 at 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold. The program includes a fun-filled morning of friendship, a heart-healthy breakfast, light exercise, and discussions to inspire one to take charge of their heart health and stay active.

The morning’s event will allow women and their friends an opportunity to hear the latest information on exercise and the heart, and participate in an interactive demo on how to incorporate activity into a busy lifestyle. Participants will also learn pelvic floor exercises and their importance, how to test for balance, and hear a lecture by a registered dietitian on “Food as Fuel.”

The cost of the event is $35 per person which includes a simple bone density screening by appointment during the week of June 5 or June 19. For more information or to register for the “Move to Your Heart’s Content” event on June 14, call 732.308.0570 or visit livelifewellnj.com/events.
