CentraState Welcomes Neuro-Oncologist Robert Aiken, MD

As part of CentraState’s partnership with Atlantic Health System, fellowship-trained neuro-oncologist Robert Aiken, MD, is now available to see patients at CentraState, a new satellite location for the Gerald J. Glasser Brain Tumor Center. Board-certified in neurology and neuro-oncology, Dr. Aiken specializes in the diagnosis and management of patients with benign and cancerous tumors of the brain, skull, spine, and spinal cord.

With extensive expertise that includes clinical research, Dr. Aiken serves as co-director of the Gerald J. Glasser Brain Tumor Center – ranked No. 1 for neurosurgery in NY, NJ, CT, and PA and among the top 5% of the nation’s neuroscience programs for five years in a row. In addition to treating patients at the Statesir Cancer Center at CentraState, he will collaborate with oncologists, neurosurgeons, and other specialists at CentraState to ensure a seamless continuum of care and facilitate opportunities for patients to participate in brain tumor clinical trials.
