CentraState Healthcare System Earns Great Place to Work Certification™

CentraState Healthcare System announced that it earned a Certified™ by Great Place to Work® designation for the second year in a row. Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

CentraState’s survey revealed that:

  • 90 percent of employees feel good about the ways we contribute to the community
  • 90 percent said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company
  • 87 percent feel a sense of pride over accomplishments
  • 86 percent feel they make a difference here
