Centrastate Healthcare System’s Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living received a “Best in Meals and Dining in Senior Living” Award from aPlaceforMom® for 2022. Monmouth Crossing received the award for excelling in food service based on reviews from residents and families and was recognized for the delicious food, willingness to meet personal needs and tastes, and the variety of dining options.

“Monmouth Crossing is a vibrant community for our residents and we are proud to offer freshly prepared meals that give them quality and options to meet tastes and preferences,” said Heleyne Gladstein, Administrator, Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living. “Menus change seasonally and we use produce from locally-sourced farms whenever possible.”

Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living chefs work closely with the in-house registered dietitian to ensure that meals are tailored to the specific needs and diets of residents. Additionally, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, low-sugar, and low-sodium options are all available to residents. Monmouth Crossing can accommodate family-style meals to celebrate a special event or holiday, or simply enjoy a meal with a loved one.
