The Gloria Saker Women’s Heart Program at CentraState Medical Center is offering, “Paint to Your Heart’s Content,” an evening of relaxation and creativity for women and their friends on Friday, February 10 at 5:30-9p.m. at The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold.

In recognition of heart awareness this February, the evening’s event will allow women and their friends an opportunity to relax through creative expression which benefits overall health by reducing stress, increasing focus, boosting memory and improving mood. Participants will paint and personalize their own wine glass, receive professional painting pointers from Around the Corner Art Center in Freehold, learn about real-life tips to reduce and manage stress, and participate in guided meditation by candlelight.

There also will be free blood pressure screenings offered, along with wine spritzers and healthy refreshments served. The event is $35 per person, space is limited and registration is required. For more information or to register, please call 732.308.0570 or visit livelifewellnj.com/events.
