CentraState Healthcare System’s Mended Hearts Cardiac Support Group Announces its August Meeting


FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP—The Mended Hearts Cardiac Support Group of CentraState Healthcare System will be holding its bi-monthly meeting on Friday, August 22, 2014.  The meeting is open to all cardiac patients, their family members and caregivers.

This month’s meeting will focus on Healthy Mood, Healthy Heart: Preventing Hardening of the Attitudes and will feature guest speaker John Clabby, PhD. 

The Mended Hearts Cardiac Support Group meets every other month at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, Jack Aaronson Conference Center, Room A, 901 West Main Street, Freehold. 

Bi-monthly group discussion topics include diet, exercise, cholesterol and other heart-related issues.
