Make this sweet beverage during the holidays or year-round using only 3 ingredients… and no eggs.

1 cup nonfat/skim milk
2 bananas, peeled
1/4 teaspoon pinch nutmeg


  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 small glasses and serve cold
